IOS

  1. Click Settings
  2. Choose Mail, Contacts, Calendars
  3. Click Add account
  4. Select Other
  5. Choose Add Mail Account
  6. Enter Account info
  7. Choose POP at the top of the screen
  8. Change Incoming Server Settings
    1. Host Name – mail.lloydmail.ca
    2. Username – Your email address
  9. Change Outgoing Server Settings
    1. Host Name – mail.lloydmail.ca
    2. Username – Your email address
    3. Password – Enter your password
  10. Choose Save at the top
  11. Click continue on any messages that pop up
  12. Under Settings – Mail, contacts, calendars
    1. Choose your lloydmail email
  13. Click SMTP
  14. Click mail.lloydmail.ca
    1. Turn SSL off
    2. Change port to 26
  15. Go back to lloydmail settings
  16. Click advanced
  17. Turn SSL off
  18. Change port to 110
  19. Done

 

Alternate Sending option

If sending does not work for one reason or another, you may change your outgoing settings to match your internet service provider’s.

Telus

Outgoing server: smtp.telus.net

Outgoing port: 25

Requires Authentication: No

Shaw

Outgoing Mail Server: mail.shaw.ca

Outgoing Port: 25

SSL: No

Requires Authentication: Yes

Username: Shaw email without @shaw.ca

Password: Your shaw email password

Sasktel

Outgoing Mail Server: mail.sasktel.net

Outgoing Port: 25

SSL: No

Requires Authentication: Yes

Username: Sasktel email including @sasktel.net

Password: Your sasktel email password

MCSnet

Outgoing server: mail.mcsnet.ca

Outgoing port: 25

Requires Authentication: No
